SO ONE OF BRIAN'S POWERS IS REALLY GROSS. Really, really gross. Basically, he's got hemokinesis, which is my dumbass way of saying "bloodbending, but he can also make it coagulate or not coagulate and can give you a stroke wicked easy." ICly this will take a while for him to develop and refine, so the potential for him to use this power on PCs won't even really be on the table until about three months from now! Once he's got a more sophisticated handle on this ability, however, he'll be able to do a whole host of nasty-ass things that really don't make any scientific sense because whatever it's superheroes, I don't gotta explain shit. Puppeteering people's bodies and controlling their freedom of motion by controlling the blood within them is probably the most obvious one, but because this isn't so much Avatar style bloodbending as it is an inherent awareness of blood and the cardiovascular system + the ability to manipulate both, the party train does not stop there. Here's a list of examples from his app's power section:

► forcing blood to coagulate and clot, which can obviously be used to block natural bloodflow in any number of gross ways! this means that he'd effectively be able to give people fifty shades of thrombosis and embolisms, including blockages that would lead naturally to ischemic strokes, heart attacks, and pulmonary embolisms.
► also, making bubbles in people's blood! basically all kinds of blockages going on.
► straight up reversing the direction of blood in someone's body, which would, surprise, kill them.
► just... stopping... the flow of blood, and therefore the heart and transfer of oxygen to the body, leading to cardiac arrest.
► HEMORRHAGING, whether that's just him causing the extremely fast desanguination of a preexisting wound or actively forcing some kind of hemorrhage to take place. this could be as simple as oh fuck you're bleeding from the eyes now or as complicated as oh fuck Brian just made you have a cerebral hemorrhage and now you're having a stroke congrats on your subdural hematoma.
► causing internal bleeding
► controlling people's bodies in a bloodbending puppeteerish way without seriously harming them, which he will probably never fully master because man why even bother with not killing people

So yeah, you can see why this would need to be opt-in with any and all PCs! He will, however, also have some restrictions, only one of which is actually important for the sake of this permissions post. Also from his power section:

► Anything without blood, like robots, magical gods with ichor veins, probably cyborgs, etc., will be completely untouchable for Brian; humanoid nonhumans with different vascular systems, i.e. trolls who stay trolls, Mass Effect aliens, etc., would be extremely difficult for him to manipulate because he'll have to get acquainted with how they function anatomically beforehand! This applies to animals, too, although the more similar they are to humans the easier they'll be to manipulate; before he does anything, he'll have to do his homework.

Even if you answer yes, I will always always clear things with you before playing out any use of this power. For opting out of interacting with Brian altogether, direct yourself thisaway! Otherwise, this post is lengthy as a motherfucker already, so full speed ahead.

Technically, Claire's blood is one of the main components that allows her to heal the way she does. However, I'm not sure if her actual healing ability would work fast enough to undo any damage he might cause or if it'll just hit the big old 'reset' button after the fact. It could be fun to discuss and explore, if you ever wanted, though!
